Walls made good and repainted top to bottom, cornice and skirting cut in by hand, then new wood effect flooring laid and beaded. The fireplace and radiator cover were worked around rather than ripped out.
Units taken off, tiles removed and the walls bonded and skimmed flat before the new run went in. Old and new plaster meet without a line showing once it is painted.
Cracks cut out and filled, walls skimmed, sanded and painted, then the room put back together and cleaned down so it could be slept in the same week.
